How do you price a project?
Fixed scope, fixed price. Before work starts you'll have a written scope, a timeline, and a single accountable owner. If the scope changes, we re-estimate in the open rather than billing surprise hours.
How long does a typical engagement take?
A focused clinical or operational tool usually ships in 8–16 weeks. Larger patient-facing apps and multi-vendor rollouts run longer, but we work in short cycles so you see visible progress every couple of weeks.
